I'm back after a long month MIA! I'm not saying that I will be uploading regularly though; the reason I have been away because it was super hectic finishing all my college work, and now that I'm finished, it's really difficult to take pictures!

Anyway, onto the outfit. When I saw this dress I knew that I just had to have it. I’ve never actually worn a maxi dress before, as I couldn’t find one that I felt suited my style…. but then I found this one. Perfectly gothic and edgy, yet still girly and summery despite being black – amazing! I simply adore the dotted mesh and the sheer skirt. I have finally found my perfect maxi dress. The great thing about this dress is that it will be so easy to wear all year round! Here I have worn it with sheer tights underneath and a light cardigan, but it can easily be layered up in winter with thick tights and chunky boots, or made even more summery with a pair of sandals and a top bun. Oh, and did I mention it’s easy to walk in??
